If you’re open to relocation and ready to take on new challenges, we want you on our team! **What You’ll Do:** + Monitor daily operations, adjust staffing, and reassign employees as needed. + Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe. + Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and best practices. + Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs. + Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations. + Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans. + Manage budgets and P&L for multiple sites. + Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting. + Take on additional responsibilities as needed **What We’re Looking For:** + Willingness to **relocate for promotional opportunities** based on performance. **Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.** + **2+ years of leadership experience** in a dynamic, people-driven environment. + Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. + Intermediate to advanced skills in **MS Excel and business systems** .
