Moves Project Manager - MAC Job ID 228619 Posted 15-Jul-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Project Management Location(s) Paris - Ile-de-France - France Senior Moves Manager - Paris Reports To: Director, MAC Projects (UK) Summary: Lead and deliver comprehensive MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) services for client accounts, ensuring efficient, safe, and successful project execution. Drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our "Net Zero" initiatives by adhering to our Circular Economy Policy. Responsibilities: · Manage and deliver MAC projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction, adhering to the MAC Playbook. · Ensure QHSE compliance and prioritize safety throughout all projects. · Manage supply chain, generate leads, and maximize profit margins. · Act as client interface for all occupancy planning, space planning, and move/change activity. · Provide innovative layout options to improve workflow and enhance the client working environment. · Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant systems. · Promote MAC consultancy services. · Generate Leads and additional revenue from both client accounts and other sources. · Manage own time effectively and ensure Fee Revenue and Stretch Target is monitored. Requirements: · Experience in space planning, corporate moves, and the Move (Porterage) supply chain (Desired). · Knowledge of Sustainability and the Circular Economy. · Strong communication, customer service, and financial skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Commercially astute with demonstrable experience. · Experience in implementing MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations, delivering services under contracts, preparing charges for contracts and understanding the risk implications of working contracts. · Ability to report on and analyse financial trends and identify areas for cost reduction and applying the principles of value for money Key Activities: · Identify and secure MAC project opportunities. · Maximise profit through cost reductions and better buying of subcontractor services. · Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. · Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues. · Design monetisation strategies to drive revenue on MAC Project sales. · Develop strategies for maximising sales profit margins. · Oversee changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project. · Provide overall direction for multiple projects with different timelines.
