The position is a collaborative point of contact for Microsoft employees to coordinate and provide customer service within the Puget Sound campus. A move could be for one to thousands of employees. The role involves managing small-scale move projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Key responsibilities include vendor engagement, project management, effective communication, presentations, reporting, facility walkthroughs, post-move support, managing the MS-Move email inbox, providing customer service, and driving continuous improvement. The position also covers move delivery project management and other assigned duties. This role is onsite three plus days a week in Redmond, WA. Follow customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements. Provide oversight on project documentation preparation. Help to develop and distribute communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages, etc. Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship. Assist with additional projects as assigned by manager for business needs. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of corporate moves related experience. + Valid Driver’s License required. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
