The Moves Coordinator serves as a collaborative point of contact for coordinating employee moves while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include vendor engagement, project management, effective communication, presentations, reporting, facility walk throughs, and post-move support. This benefit provides unlimited rides on buses, trains, and water taxis operated by participating transit agencies_ **What you’ll do** Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings. Follow customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements. Manage small-scale move projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Responsible for vendor engagement, project management, communications, presentations, reporting, facility walk throughs, post-move support Provide oversight with complex project documentation preparation. Attend weekly relocation coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes and provide updates on project progress on scope, budget, schedule, and risks. Process invoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients. Coordinate project documentation revisions and distributions Serve as a collaborative point of contact for project commitments. Develop communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages. Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. Evaluate and select solutions from established options. Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance. **What you’ll need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. + An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. + Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Visio experience is beneficial. + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mentality. + General math skills.
