Essential Functions: Perform tuning, maintenance, and repairs on skis and snowboards for guests and rental gear. Accurately install and adjust bindings according to manufacturer specifications and guest requirements. Maintain and service the rental equipment fleet to ensure performance and safety. Repair damaged equipment quickly and effectively, using industry-standard tools and techniques. Support rental shop operations as needed during busy periods. Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in the workshop. Operate POS systems accurately when assisting with sales or service transactions. Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods.

 

 

Experience/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a ski/snowboard repair shop. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all technical work. Able to lift and move equipment or boxes up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing for extended periods while performing repairs.
