Tool Maker, Mould Refurbishment Days  Doncaster Plant Role description

Provide Production with adequate quantities of repaired Mould equipment.

Responsibilities: Carrying out the repair and maintenance of Mould equipment Record daily work carried out on a job sheet to provide an accurate reference point Fault finding and problem solving Demonstrate flexibility to support a 24-hour operation Carry out housekeeping in accordance with Company hygiene rules Required skills / qualifications: A dynamic approach with the ability to work proactively Accuracy and attention to detail Gained a recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Toolmaking Knowledge of mould equipment and repair techniques Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement What we offer: Salary Minimum £32,358 - £39,886 Maximum Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions Monday – Friday 37 hours per week working, plus 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays An environment where we support the development and progression of our employees, tailored to the individual’s aspirations and business opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives, such as Occupational Health and cycle to work scheme Family friendly policies and Company Sick Pay, after qualifying period
