岗位职责：

1. AI软件体验规划：专注于Moto MYUI的AI体验，以用户场景为核心，组织团队进行AI功能的需求分析、架构设计、开发实现、测试验证等活动，带领团队完成新功能的落地及版本迭代，提升产品竞争力和用户使用体验；

2. AI软件需求管理：参与Moto全球基础软件体验的管理，按照Moto流程进行体验升级优化，利用各种方法探索规格改善，确保软件体验在全球产品上的顺利交付；

3. AI行业趋势探索：关注手机行业各类AI软件发展趋势及各类大模型的应用，对AI体验做持续的迭代规划及调整，不断改进产品。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英语六级以上，流畅的口语表达能力，能与海外同事直接会议沟通，熟练使用在线办公软件，精通产品PRD文档撰写，熟悉产品原型交互设计；

2、3年以上AI软件产品管理经验，手机行业经验者优先，具有敏捷的产品思维，有较强的产品理解力，数据整理和分析能力，产品管理能力，项目推动能力；

3、学习能力强，有较强的责任心及自我驱动能力，沟通能力强，愿意接受挑战;

4、善于分析行业及研究友商产品发展动态，有敏锐的市场洞察力，人工智能产品工作经验者优先。
