We’re looking for a skilled **Motor Trade Claim Investigator** to join our specialist Motor Investigations team, where you’ll play a key role in detecting and containing fraud across complex motor insurance claims, including Fire, Theft & Windscreen claims. Reporting to the Motor Investigations Team Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of eight investigators, supported by our Fraud Data & Insight Team and adjusting colleagues. You’ll manage claims from cradle to grave, liaising with policyholders, brokers, and insurers, while applying your knowledge of motor claims to detect potential fraud and ensure fair outcomes. This is a strategic role that demands technical expertise, investigative acumen, and strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for conducting video interviews, identifying and evidencing fraudulent activity, and collaborating with panel solicitors to secure the best outcomes for our clients. Your ability to interpret insurance schedules, and produce clear, professional reports will be key to your success.
