We’re looking for a curious, connected and committed Motion Designer with strong conceptual thinking and impeccable design execution, to join our Platform and Growth Creative team. Key job responsibilities
As a Motion Designer on the Amazon Music Platform & Growth Creative team, you’ll create visually compelling motion assets for various paid media and owned channels that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work alongside strategists, creative directors, art directors and marketing partners to turn ideas into expressive and on brand visuals. You’ll be encouraged to explore new approaches, welcome feedback as fuel for growth, and constantly evolve your craft in alignment with Amazon’s customer-obsessed ethos.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality visuals at scale for growth marketing across digital, social, in-app, email, and owned channels.
* Developing scalable motion graphics templates and systems, often working closely with internal and external production agencies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand and business objectives.
* Iterate based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
* Stay current on design and motion trends and pop culture.

We are a creatively driven team focused on delivering high-impact marketing and product experiences that bring our brand to life. Our focus includes growth marketing design, paid social, websites, landing pages, marketing-focused creative product features, and third-party partnerships. We closely partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and brand strategy—to blend strategic thinking with bold, high-quality design. Together, we craft compelling stories and scalable systems that connect with audiences across every touchpoint.
