Responsibilities The Opportunity PepsiCo is on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, It is FP&A solution of the PepsiCo. Global Template (PGT) that, the for the first time, aims to integrate “vertical” planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and “horizontal” planning for functions (e.g Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning process and ways of working across Pepsico market. The Mosaic Service Controller is responsible for the sustain of high-quality solution for the MOSAIC Noth America and rest of America program specific to management of the financial planning. The role will interact directly on the design/development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detailed design and development teams. This role will require an strong background in financial planning and subtreams (Topline, COGS, Opex) data quality/data flow and development Your Impact As MOSAIC NA Service Controller your scope would consist of: - Incident and Request management - Assign/update tickets and address in priority order in alignment with Business Support - Monitors team’s tickets queue for all services and reassigns tickets among Incident Coordinators. - Responsible of the complete service reporting into the Service Owner. - Responsible for the correct performance of all the services he/she has assigned. - Responsible for the HyperCare/DSU call lead and daily reporting. - Reports directly into the Service Owner, regularly inform about status of queues and tickets and handles escalations to him/her - Closing and Forecast follow up and report - Migration coordinator for Enhancements and Fixes - Support Ways of Working guardian and promotor - Downtime or Issues User Communications - L1 and L2 incident resolutions - Minor Enhancements - Production Delivery Release Planning and execution • Environment planning & Stakeholder Communications • Manage & Partner Go-Live and Kick off the projects • Tools and training calendar executions Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience • University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience • Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting. For years of Experience, provide detail such as: • 5+ years experience in development • 3+ years experience in TM1 or similar tools support Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution Functional Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
