Job Description • Review and verify mortgage data in agency web-based systems (Fannie/Freddie portals)  • Import/export files from capital markets system (QRM) and upload to agency sites  • Analyze and clear edits flagged by agency systems  • Research and validate information using LOS systems and mortgage documents  • Compile and maintain data in Excel for reporting purposes  • Communicate with document custodians to certify pools  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and investor requirements Assist with special projects as assigned by Manager We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 1+ year of experience in mortgage banking operations (e.g., document management, post-closing, document custodian)  • Strong Excel skills (basic functions, compiling data—not advanced pivot tables) Familiarity with mortgage documents (deed, note, appraisal, etc.) • Knowledge of agency systems (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)  • Understanding of GSE/investor guidelines Experience with LOS systems and data research
