Mortgage Loan Partner
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Mortgage Loan Partner** to support our loan officers in South Tampa area, delivering a seamless mortgage experience to our clients. This is a senior-level position ideal for a self-motivated professional who can manage the full loan process from application to submission while providing expert-level guidance to clients and team members. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage the entire loan process, from pre-approval to lender submission, in support of loan officers. + Analyze borrower qualifications and structure loan files in accordance with investor guidelines. + Review and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, credit, and liabilities. + Accurately calculate income for various employment types (W-2, self-employed, etc.). + Run and interpret DU/LP findings; identify and prepare necessary conditions. + Register and submit loans via lender portals and LOS platforms. + Educate borrowers on loan options, interest rates, closing costs, and mortgage procedures. + Prepare and send initial disclosures, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. + Maintain proactive communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders. + Monitor loan progress and promptly address any issues that arise throughout the pipeline. + Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to meet critical deadlines. **Qualifications** + Minimum **3+ years of mortgage lending experience** in roles such as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar. + Deep understanding of **Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac** guidelines and conventional loan products. + Strong experience with **DU/LP systems** and interpreting AUS findings. + Proven expertise in **income analysis** for both salaried and self-employed borrowers. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain complex information. + Proficiency in loan origination software (e.g., **Encompass, Arive, LendingPad** , etc.). + Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills. + **NMLS license preferred** (may be required depending on specific state regulations and duties). **Preferred Skills** + Familiarity with **FHA, VA, USDA** loan programs. + Experience with **broker-to-lender submission** or **third-party processing workflows** . + **Bilingual (Spanish/English)** is a strong plus. **Compensation & Benefits** + **Base Salary:** $50,000 – $60,000 annually ($24.00 – $28.80/hour), based on experience + **Incentive Program:** Performance-based bonuses tied to loan volume and quality + **Benefits Include:** + 401(k) + Paid time off + Health insurance options If you're a highly organized, client-focused mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.80 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
