Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator to work for their client in San Antonio, TX area. The Loan Officer will develop key relationships with real estate agents and home buyers in the greater San Antonio area. Responsibilities include: • Calling cold and warm leads to meet with real estate agents, high net worth clients, and home buyers • Building relationships and networking with real estate agents and home buyers • Generates loan volume through building relationships with the community, partner organizations, etc • Evaluate best ways to reach out to prospective clients. • Analyze loan requests based on need, impact & financial viability. • Screen potential clients and educate them about the loan process. • Ensure loan requests are properly assigned to an underwriter & that deals move expediently through the process. • Maintain routine contact with loan prospects & existing clients. Skills and Requirements • 2 years of experience in Loan Originator or Loan Officer role – residential loan originations • Understanding banking and mortgage • RMLO license highly preferred (NMLS registration required) • Knowledge of Conventional and Government Mortgage products • Knowledge of procession, underwriting, closing and funding of mortgage loans • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Polished and professional • Go-getter personality • Must pass background AND credit check Plus: College Degree null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
