Mortgage Branch Manager - Licensed (Pulte Mortgage)
Ability to become licensed in Utah (within the past five years, provide evidence of three years active full time licensed lending).

JOB SUMMARY

Provides local Pulte Mortgage leadership, managing all aspects of divisional mortgage operations while effectively partnering with the homebuilder and fulfillment center to achieve targeted capture, service & revenue goals.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for training builder sales professionals on the benefits of Pulte Mortgage, selling the value of PMC, overcoming objections, in addition to ensuring the effective use of the expanded customer inquiry tools, online application process and post-application tools for tracking customer statusResponsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training, and development of local PMC staffResponsible for capturing every possible loan application for Pulte Mortgage at point of sale (capture)Actively participate with the builder in homebuyer and realtor events designed to generate community interest (ex: grand openings)In coordination with local builder & PMC fulfillment teams, responsible for driving and achieving outstanding (PMC) buyer experience scoresIn coordination with PMC fulfilment center and local Builder team, daily responsibility for achieving outstanding "close on time" percentagesAttend all community and leadership meetings as a member of the division senior operating teamPartner with fulfillment center to manage the integrity of the division's PMC backlog and communicate status and risk with division sales & management teamResponsible for subdivision approvalsResponsible for detailed reporting covering all aspects of branch operationsMaintains profit motive, responsible for branch financial performanceResponsible for attaining required mortgage licensesResponsible for assigned communities and has direct customer interaction

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of related mortgage experience.

REQUIRED LICENSING, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position.Ability to obtain mortgage license in Utah (within the past five years, able to provide evidence of three years active full time licensed lending).

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Leadership experience preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a hybrid position, combining both in-office and work in the field at various communities, allowing for flexibility while maintaining collaboration and productivity.
