One of our Principal firms that introduce to Just Mortgages are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to be based in the Manchester area. This role is self employed, fully flexible and remote, but the business owner would like to opportunity to occasionally meet up to support, so being commutable into Glossop is desirable.

Expectations
As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser you can expect to:-
Follow up leads from potential customers to convert into salesSource leads proactively from all available routesRecommend the most suitable product to suit the customer's needs, priorities and circumstances within a regulatory environmentAssess customer affordability in order to lend responsibly and in line with regulationsAchieve set individual targets in a variety of areas and contribute towards the overall performance of the teamEnsure market knowledge is continuously developed and maintainedBuild and forecast a pipeline with accuracy on completionDemonstrate continuous improvement in terms of conversionsQualifying Criteria
To be a successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser you will need to:-
Hold Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) or Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) Experience within the mortgage brokerage marketHave a consistent track record of achieving your goals within your current roleBe proactive and self-motivated, with a proven track record of exceeding targetsAn excellent understanding of the mortgage market, products and servicesConfident in presentingStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to overcome challengesExperience of Financial Services sales and understanding of compliance regulationsA passion for achieving a fantastic customer experience.You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. (Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment)
