Title / Designation: Morpheus Automation & Administration Engineer Location: Bengaluru Work mode: Work from Office

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Manage and maintain the Morpheus Data Platform including installation, upgrades, access control, multi-tenancy, cost governance, monitoring, security, backup, and disaster recovery across hybrid/multi-cloud environments. Develop and implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash, along with building self-service provisioning catalogues and integrating workflows via REST APIs. Manage and integrate cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and VMware, including networking (firewalls, DNS, VLANs, load balancers) and storage systems (NFS, iSCSI, cloud storage). Automate and manage full VM and infrastructure lifecycle including provisioning, patching, backup, and security controls using Morpheus workflows and automation tools. Handle provisioning and lifecycle management of VMs, containers, databases, and applications while optimizing performance, cost, and resource utilization across multi-cloud environments. Monitor system health, performance, and logs; troubleshoot provisioning issues, API errors, and infrastructure failures; and ensure compliance through auditing and governance practices. Work with multiple deployment and automation frameworks including Morpheus native blueprints, Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes with Helm for scalable infrastructure delivery.

 

 

Candidate requirements:

9-13 total years of experience and Strong hands-on experience in Morpheus administration and automation. Expertise in: Terraform (IaC), Ansible (automation/configuration), Python scripting, PowerShell & Bash, REST API integrations Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, VMware Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of networking (VPN, DNS, firewalls, security groups)
