Morning Laborer $25+/hr
We are seeking a reliable, early-rising individual to join our team with a 5:00 AM start time. This is a fast-paced labor position focused on packaging cheese products in accordance with food safety, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures. **Pay:** + Starts at $25.09 + After 3 months it increases to $26.71 + At 6 month mark it increases to $28.35 + Weekly bonus opportunities available **Key Responsibilities:** + Package cheese products efficiently and accurately + Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines + Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Manufacturing experience + Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift + Ability to repetitively grip large and small items + Able to lift up to 50 pounds + Mechanical aptitude is a plus **Additional Requirements:** + Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, to support production schedules and vacation coverage + Strong motivation to learn and grow within the company + Good communication skills and attention to detail **Pay Details:** $25.09 to $28.35 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
