Summary: Seeking a Monitoring & Incident Response Team Member to handle service desk escalations, network monitoring, and incident management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years of applicable work experience Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance U.S. Citizen Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office 2013 Experience using SNOW (ServiceNow), Remedy or a similar ticketing system Previous Service Desk Experience

Preferred Skills:

Active Public Trust of DOJ clearance

Responsibilities:

Handle Tier 1/2 Service Desk escalations through tickets, phone, or Teams Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution Support network and service monitoring activities Collaborate with Network Manager and Engineers for incident management Coordinate conference bridges for troubleshooting and provide reports Perform network monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, reporting, incident management, and escalation as required

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
