experienceExperienceNoneLicense and Certification Successful completion of Arrhythmia recognition and interpretation training prior to completing orientation ability to test out if prior experienceMust be able to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information in EnglishPREFERRED REQUIREMENTSExperiencePrevious nurse aide monitor tech EMT inpatient unit secretary or PCTPrevious experience performing cardiac monitoringLicense and CertificationmiddotCertified Rhythm Analysis Technician CRAT or equivalentmiddotCertified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association AHAKnowledge Skills and Ability RequirementsmiddotBasic Knowledge of ECG interpretation medicalcardiac terminology preferredmiddotProficiency with navigating electronic monitor systemmiddotWithin scope of job requires critical thinking skills with attention to detail decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
