Why does this role exist?
We’re hiring a Monday.com Specialist to build, maintain, and continuously improve our Monday.com workspaces so the team can run projects and client engagements more efficiently. This role exists to ensure the platform is organized, reliable, and tailored to our workflows, and to upskill internal stakeholders through hands-on training so Monday.com becomes a core operational tool.

The Impact you’ll makePlatform setup & workspace administration\nDesign, configure, and maintain boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations in Monday.com.\nOrganize projects, workflows, and naming/permission conventions for consistency across teams.\nPerform routine updates, housekeeping, and version control to keep workspaces efficient.\nTraining & enablement\nProvide direct, step-by-step training sessions for the client team on all Monday.com features and best practices.\nCreate training materials (guides, checklists, recordings) and run onboarding for new users.\nAnswer user questions and provide follow-up support to reinforce learning.\nSupport & troubleshooting\nAct as the primary point of contact for all Monday.com-related needs and user issues.\nDiagnose and resolve platform issues, handle user management (access, roles, permissions).\nImplement fixes, manage updates, and coordinate with platform support when necessary.\nOptimization & continuous improvement\nProactively review usage, recommend improvements, and introduce new features or automations to maximize platform value.\nMonitor workspace performance and suggest changes to increase team productivity.\nPilot and document process improvements and measure adoption.\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\n3–4 years of extensive, hands-on experience using Monday.com (admin-level experience required).\nProven experience setting up, organizing, and maintaining complex Monday.com workspaces.\nExperience providing live, step-by-step training and creating user documentation for Monday.com.\nStrong troubleshooting and user management experience (permissions, roles, onboarding/offboarding).\nFluent English communication skills and experience acting as a primary platform point of contact for clients.\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n Technical\nDeep knowledge of Monday.com features: boards, dashboards, automations, integrations, views, and reporting.\nExperience with user/permission management, workspace administration, and basic integration setup.\nAbility to create clear training materials (written and video/screencast).\n\n\nSoft skills\nClear, patient communicator and hands-on trainer.\nProactive problem-solver and continuous improver mindset.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nClient-facing professionalism and dependable follow-through.\n\n\n\nWhat to expect...
