Job Description
Role Purpose :
As a MOM/MES Sales Specialist, you will develop sales opportunities, working closely with the Sales and Enterprise Sales teams to achieve the annual operation plan (AOP) targets.
You will implement technical solutions and operational processes using ours or third-party hardware/software platforms to address customer challenges. You will analyze customer business goals and existing system environments to recommend tailored strategies and solutions. You will also support ongoing account activities and help uncover opportunities for additional products and services within customer organizations.

You will report to Lifecycle Services Commercial Sales Manager.
Position Summary :
Develop MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) and Information Software business strategies aligned with AOP goals. Collaborate with Lifecycle Services, Sales, Enterprise Software, and other stakeholders to support strategy implementation and execution. Participate in customer and internal marketing events to raise awareness and create demand. Identify customer needs, lead proposal development, and coordinate quotations with the proposal team. Monitor and improve standard margins in alignment with AOP targets. Develop business cases and lead strategic initiatives in the Korean market. Engage with Sales, Enterprise Software team, and partners to build and manage sales funnel, with a focus on strategic new accounts. Help develop customer user requirement specifications (URS).Deliver business development activities including presentations, demos, sales tools and training to promote sales team success. Lead the full Lifecycle program : attach Integrated Support Contracts and support Customer Success Managers with adoption, renewals, and expansions. Collaborate with our internal teams to assess market and competitive trends, and recommend offerings or refinements. Ensure accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and correct software mapping. Partner with AP IS Commercial Leader to qualify MES/POS/IS opportunities across the region. Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.The Essentials - You Will Have :
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent.7+ years of MES Project Engineer, Project Manager, Architect experience. Preferred : Candidates with MES sales experience in Life Sciences or Food and Beverage industries. Experience in MES, Data Analytics, IoT, and Information Software within smart manufacturing.Individuals who are interested in or have experience expanding into digital and consulting areas. High proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).Understanding of full system integration (L1 - L4), SaaS platforms, and ISA-88 and ISA-95.What We Offer :
