We are seeking a highly motivated summer intern to support the optimization of a multicolor yeast display assay designed to enhance and accelerate the selection of cross species antibodies. This person will contribute to refining assay parameters, improving fluorescent signal discrimination, and increasing overall workflow efficiency to enable higher throughput screening of antibody libraries. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in protein engineering, display technologies, and method development within a collaborative research environment. The IQVIA Santa Fe branch, designs and utilizes world leading antibody libraries to conduct therapeutic antibody discovery and/or affinity maturation campaigns. The ideal candidate is meticulous, enthusiastic, curious, and a strong team player. They possess a very strong attention to detail, are organized, and are keen to join an exciting, cutting-edge biotech company. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
