Follow & update IQMS RT Scheduler mold requirements, as determined by the plannerGreen-tag readied molds; move to staging area in molding departmentDisassemble & clean molds; inspect for problems.Install changeover parts, as requiredTake measurements to determine wear & proper sizes of pins, bushings, and hold dimensionsKeep records up to date, including mold tagging system.Practice good housekeeping and appropriate measures to prevent pollution or other negative impacts on the environment.Repair Manifolds on tools having an electrical diagnostic background to perform necessary dutiesWork with manufacturing engineering on schematics of old/new toolsKeep inventory of spare components up to date and work with supervisor on sending out molds if needed to external vendors
