Support molding production operations to achieve set line targets.

Job Requirements Ensure quality awareness and adherence to visual inspection standards. Operate minor machinery and perform basic troubleshooting. Perform machine set-up and adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions accurately. Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specifications and identifying defects. Maintain accurate operation records, production data, and logs. Use manufacturing measuring equipment and perform basic measurements. Interpret and read basic product drawings and specifications. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Demonstrate openness and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by the superior. What your background should look like 3–4 years of related experience in plastic molding operations. Proficient in using manufacturing measuring equipment. Hands-on experience with molding machines (Fanuc) is a plus. Experience in operating plastic injection machines is an advantage.
