Job Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Molding area (engineering, production, quality, tooling and maintenance);

• Responsible for meeting orders regarding deadline, volume, and quality, so that the customer requirements are met;

• The planning of the production, taking into account an optimum utilization of systems and staff; • Responsible for errors and effective action plans for solutions;

• Responsibility for department KPIs – OEE (availability, performance, quality/IPPM), EPPM, scrap costs, spare parts consumption, spare parts costs;

• Responsible for equipment capacity calculation;

• Responsibility for machines specifications and new machines installation;

• Manages the processes based on certification requirements and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in molding

• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in computer use • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
