**Molding Maintenance Technician:** In this role, you’ll support our molding operations by assisting production teams, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a global company that values learning and innovation. **Your role:** + Support production teams by providing first-level technical assistance and troubleshooting basic process issues to ensure smooth and reliable operations. + Perform preventive maintenance activities on molding and manufacturing equipment, keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. + Assist in equipment setup, qualification, and engineering support activities under direct supervision. + Respond to alarms, identify potential issues, and help resolve them to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. + Participate in continuous improvement and innovation efforts within the manufacturing environment, learning new processes and supporting system reliability initiatives. + Shift: A (Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 3:36pm) **You're the right fit if:** + You have a High School Diploma, Vocational training, or equivalent education. + You have a basic level of English. + You are motivated to learn, enjoy technical challenges, and can work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. + You’re proactive, curious, and ready to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
