**Job Title: Molding Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Molding Assembler, where you will be at the forefront of creating high-quality products. This role involves working with materials such as epoxies, requiring precise manual measurements and mixing. Operating during the first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Mix materials, including epoxies, and manually measure ratios. + Pour mixtures into molds, allow them to cure, and remove molds. + Handle waterproofing materials and operate molds that may require curing in a furnace or oven. + Read and interpret diagrams and work instructions. + Perform assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color-coding. + Utilize small hand tools and perform machine operations including set-ups. **Essential Skills** + High school education or equivalent. + 1-2 years of closely related experience. + Ability to interpret drawings and rework assemblies. + Basic computer skills, including Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word. + Capability to perform simple mathematical calculations, including ratios and fractions. + Experience in machine operation and set-ups. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with electronics and following blueprints. + Familiarity with tools, wires, crimpers, mixing, and measuring ratios. + Experience in point-to-point assembly. **Why Work Here?** We offer a contract-to-hire opportunity in an environment where employees are truly appreciated.
