Job Description

The department Process Design & Digitalization at our location in Hannover-Stöcken shapes and drives the process digitalization of our worldwide R&D organization.

The Module Owner (e.g. for Requirement Management) is responsible for transforming business requirements related to digitalization into effective IT solutions within the R&D system landscape. Their primary goal is to deliver efficient, future-proof digital solutions, with a particular focus on the Life Lifecycle Management system in the R&D Tires environment.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate iterative processes from concept design to final provisioning of digital solutions with focus on own moduleAlign and harmonize business requirements of various stakeholders as well as steer all involved functionsDevelop and create future picture of own module Continuously improve digital solutions and/or processes connected to own module to ensure quality and efficiency gainsSupport the organization in testing and training of new digital solutionsAct as contact person for R&D IT and stakeholders within area of responsibilityLead and/or participate in operational and strategic process digitalization projects

QualificationsAcademic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, natural sciences or comparable field; first professional experience in an R&D environment within a global organization desirableStrong interest in driving digitalization topics  Self-motivated and result oriented team player who enjoys working in multicultural, performance and target oriented groupsStrong stakeholder orientation, willingness to learn, to act and to take responsibilityExperience in project management and tools beneficialFluent English language skillsAbility to handle complex tasksVery good communication and networking skillsKnowledge in programming language(s) and data analytical methods beneficial
