**DESCRIPTION**
This position is **\#Hybrid** in the Rogers, AR office, **3 days a week** .
You will play a crucial role in supporting the **Acosta/Sam’s Advisor team** . as an unbiased go-to resource, providing valuable insights into **space analysis** and **merchandising solutions** .
You'll make a difference by **supporting modular development processes** and **identifying space performance metrics** , innovation opportunities, and emerging trends. Effective **communication** and **problem-solving skills** are **essential** for establishing a **best-in-class partnership** with the retailer.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Drawing Modulars Using Blue Yonder (Approx. 50% of Your Time)** : In this role, you’ll **create modular layouts** using Blue Yonder software ( **Space Planning** ) in conjunction with space automation.
+ **Analytical Support** : Provide analytical assistance to the merchant and the **modular planning team.**
+ **Project Management** : Manage project requests and assignments related to **category updates, timelines, and implementations** .
+ **Collaboration with Merchants** : Work closely with the merchant to develop **merchandising strategies** and utilize advanced software effectively.
+ **Product Image and Dimension Maintenance** : Ensure accurate product images and dimensions are **maintained** .
+ **Modular Analysis** : Execute modular analysis using space analytic tools, **Blue Yonder** (JDA) tables, formulas, highlights, charts, and labels.
+ **Performance Tracking and Communication** : Monitor and communicate performance metrics to Sam’s Merchant.
+ **Test & Learn Execution** : Track performance and provide report-outs to the merchant.
+ **Store and Product Attributes** : Maintain all relevant store and product attributes for the category.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Strong understanding of **Walmart/Sam’s Modular Relay process** and merchandising principles
+ 2+ years in Category Management and Analytics within **CPG** or a major retailer
+ Experience with **Space Management** software (e.g., **Blue Yonder** /JDA) and **scan data analysis**
+ Proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Familiarity with **syndicated** **data** tools (e.g., POS, Panel, Retail Link, **Madrid** )
+ **Team-oriented** with a proactive mindset and work **independently** while handling **sensitive information**
