Modern Work Architect - Copilot, M365, SharePoint (Mandarin speaking)
Introduction Avanade is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Modern Work Architect to deliver Microsoft Unified Support services. Come join us This role focuses on enabling customer success through deployment and optimization of M365, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, and Modern Work Security solutions. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory to engage effectively with enterprise customers. What you’ll do * Customer Engagement & Insights * Gather insights into customers' technical environments, business needs, and competitive landscapes. * Act as the Voice of the Customer (VOC), advocating their feedback to internal Microsoft teams. * Map Microsoft’s Modern Work solutions to customer digital transformation goals. Architecture Design & Deployment * Lead architecture and implementation for: * M365 E3/E5 suite (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online). * Microsoft Copilot for M365 (deployment, governance, user adoption). * Modern Work Security solutions (Security & Compliance Center, Information Protection, Purview). * Facilitate technical design workshops, solution assessments, and production deployments. * Lead pre-sales and implementation engagements, identifying risks and resolving technical blockers. * Ensure customers’ environments are secure, compliant, and optimized for business outcomes. Practice Development & Thought Leadership * Drive creation and reuse of intellectual property (IP), including solution templates and best practices. * Share knowledge through internal training, communities, and external events (webinars, conferences). * Mentor junior technical consultants within the team. Trusted Advisor Role * Develop trusted relationships with customer technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders. * Provide strategic advisory, positioning Microsoft’s differentiated value over competitors. * Respectfully challenge customer assumptions where necessary to guide towards best-fit solutions. Customer Success Focus * Drive adoption and value realization from Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work platforms. * Ensure positive customer satisfaction through proactive guidance and solution optimization. Skills and experiences * 6+ years of experience in consulting, technical solution architecture, or Unified Support. * Strong enterprise customer engagement experience in: * Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online). * Microsoft Copilot for M365. * Modern Work Security and Compliance solutions. * SharePoint Online development and management. * Knowledge of Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Purview, or Defender for Office 365. * Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese (Mandarin). * Experience managing complex customer engagements and critical incidents. About you Preferred Skills * Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot Studio. * Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, AI-102) are preferred. Competencies * Technical leadership and depth across Modern Work solutions. * Strong client relationship management. * Advisory skills with ability to influence customer decisions. * Cross-functional collaboration. * Solution selling and value articulation. * Business acumen for understanding client goals and industry context.
