POSITION: Modelling and Manufacturing Engineer

 What You will Do:

Review and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing proceduresWork with manufacturing and design teamsCreate 3D models from 2D blueprintsCreate manufacturing work instructions based on the blueprints and modelsUpdate ERP and PDM systemsMeet with customers regularly to monitor project health

Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel may be required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Work Experience

What You Will Bring:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, etc) or equivalent experienceExperience with NX requiredExperience with SAP desired3-5 years minimum of relevant experiencePrevious experience creating models within the aerospace industry desiredPrevious experience in manufacturing processesAbility to work in high stress, fast-paced environmentProficient with GD&T conceptsExperience with Aerospace products or related products valuedDisplays strong analytical skillsDemonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business resultsShows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholdersEstablished ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferredAbility to resolve conflicting situationsEffective problem-solving skillsSubstantial amounts of computer work
