**Job Description** The BAE Systems Advanced Technology Team (ATT) leads the way with opportunities to tackle the Defense Industry's hardest problems in the world of digital engineering for the Systems Engineering community. We are seeking highly motivated individuals comfortable working in a collaborative team and fast-paced environment to join the ATT's Modeling Team as a Model-Based Systems Engineer. A Model-Based Systems Engineer on the ATT will be at the forefront of transforming document-based systems to model-based systems, developing System Modeling Language (SysML) models of tactical systems in response to emerging threats for Government customers and sponsors, and exploring SysML model integrations with external platforms. Prior experience in Model-Based System Engineering is required. Seeking passionate engineers with an interest in diving into the world of modelling & simulation for System Engineering. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Required Qualifications: + Typically a Bachelor s degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline with 2 years of experience + Strong and confident communication/presentation skills + Experience with System Modeling Language (SysML) and using Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Simulation Toolkit, and Cameo Teamwork Cloud + Experience in being part of a multidisciplinary project team + Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret level clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Preferred Qualifications: + Experience programming with: Java and/or Groovy + Experience using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) + Experience working on DoD programs + Already holds active Secret level clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
