Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE) to support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Based Midcourse Program Office (GMD).   Position requires candidate to. perform requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, and systems integration.  Must have the ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the Government Reference Architecture (GRA) in Cameo

Develop and Manage Weapons System Requirement

Conduct Requirement Analysis and Trade Studies

Manage Requirement Traceability

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DoD and Industry Stakeholders)

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience

Active Secret Clearance

Experience with Cameo SysML Modeling to develop models of system requirements, architecture/design

Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with the Missile Defense Agency MDA

Ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools

Ability to prepare Executive Level Presentations

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
