Modality Sales Specialist CT - Belux

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive our CT imaging business in Belgium by leading the sales process from lead generation to contract closure. As a subject matter expert, you will craft compelling, tailored value propositions based on customer needs. You’ll develop trust-based relationships with clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor in the CT domain.
You’ll be part of the Precision Diagnosis team and collaborate closely with colleagues from Business Marketing, Modality Sales, Clinical Applications, Clinical Science, District Sales, and Key/Account Management.
**Your role:**
+ Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with (clinical) customers to maximize value for both the client and Philips.
+ Lead the sales process for the CT portfolio (products and services), from lead qualification to order closure.
+ Deliver impactful customer presentations, site visits, demos, and solution proposals.
+ Maintain strong engagement with KOLs and key stakeholders at the account level.
+ Create customer quotations and manage tender responses (PvEs).
+ Define and execute business policy, pricing strategy, and product mix in alignment with the Business Market Combination (BMC) strategy.
+ Achieve business targets including OIT, Sales, and Price Realization for the CT portfolio in your territory.
+ Provide accurate monthly forecasts and maintain opportunity tracking in our CRM system (Salesforce.com).
+ Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships or performance-based engagements.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging or related fields.
+ 5+ years of commercial experience in the healthcare sector.
+ Strong track record in sales and/or business development.
+ Experience developing and executing product marketing plans.
+ In-depth knowledge of CT imaging solutions, services, and clinical applications.
+ Understanding of the Belgian healthcare landscape.
+ Experience with LEAN methodology is a plus.
+ Proven ability to build and expand networks among expert groups and decision-makers.
+ Expertise in solution configuration and optimization.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and consultative selling skills.
+ Strategic mindset and ability to define marketing strategies.
+ Fluent in Dutch, French and English languages.
