**Pay Rate:**

**What you'll be doing as a Mock Purchaser:**
+ Observational Visits: Visit retail stores, restaurants, or service centers, or conduct online/phone interactions while posing as a regular customer
+ Performance Evaluation: Assess employee courtesy, speed of service, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies
+ Reporting: Submit detailed, objective, and timely reports via online portals, answering specific questions about the experience
+ Scenario Compliance: Adhere to specific instructions (e.g., asking for a return, testing employee patience) to evaluate specific aspects of customer service
+ Compliance Monitoring: Verify that displays, cleanliness, pricing, and promotional items match company standards

**Job requirements:**
+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High attention to detail and strong observational skills
+ Ability to act naturally and maintain confidentiality
+ Reliability, objectivity, and punctuality in submitting reports
+ Positive and professional demeanor
+ Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not always necessary
+ Must be comfortable following instructions and working independently
+ Must be 21-25 years old
+ Must have registered and insured vehicle to make the stops
+ Drug Test Required
