MOC Administrator II

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a MOC Administrator II to work on a 2-month assignment in their facilities in Houston, TX.
Summary:
This role focuses on developing and maintaining training materials and documentation to support operational effectiveness and compliance within a refining or petrochemical environment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in creating engaging and effective training content tailored to adult learning principles, including SOP guides and quick reference tools. Responsibilities include updating training based on feedback, utilizing the company training formats, and supporting MOC (Management of Change) processes by handling documentation and uploads in SAP/Falcon.
Responsibilities: Develop training materials based on the content provided. Create quick reference guides to use after training. Identify project risks, mitigation measures, exposures, and opportunities that may impact the success of the subject projects. Ability to seek feedback and update training materials based on feedback. Must have prior experience creating training guides for all team members and colleagues to utilize as resource material. Must understand how to communicate training material and how to create SOP guides in relevance to how adults learn. Strong written communication skills Utilize the company training model format/branding. Assist MOC Coordinator with processing MOC documentation Scan/upload vendor documents to SAP/Falcon in an organized manner Maintain the latest modifications to training material. Maintain a working list and progress reports
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience developing training material Must have basic computer skills Must be able to work safely in an office environment Must be able to work both individually and on a team Strong work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer/PC skills Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Worked in a similar capacity in a previous role. Worked in a similar capacity in a similar industry (refining, petrochemical, etc.) SAP Experience developing training material for field operations #LI-AG3
