Key Responsibilities

- Assist nursing team members with patient activities of daily living and mobility
- Support patients with transfers and/or mobility transfers under general nursing supervision
- Enters distance ambulated into the electronic medical record
- Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
