**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Administer end-to-end domestic and international relocation programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
+ Drive immigration processes by partnering with external legal counsel to facilitate the process for work permits, visas, and permanent residency applications.
+ Collaborate with Global Human Resource partners, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to support mobility strategies and planning for global assignments.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for employees navigating relocation or immigration, addressing concerns and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
+ Deliver guidance to HR and hiring managers to build their understanding of mobility processes and immigration practices.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping to support audits and reporting requirements.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience in relocation, global mobility management, or human resources preferred
+ Understanding of U.S. and Canadian mobility practices and compliance requirements beneficial
+ Strong sense of urgency in resolving employee inquiries
+ Proven success managing vendor relationships, mobility programs, and cross-functional collaboration
+ Ability to analyze mobility data to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations that support business and employee needs
