Mobility Reward Analyst – Operations Support - 2 years-contract

The Position

In this role, you will support the operational side of international mobility – helping manage vendor coordination, financial reporting, system updates, and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and third-party vendors, gaining hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and our global reporting tools.

The Opportunity

Coordinate and follow up on mobility-related surveys with global providers

Assist with billing and financial data checks, including PO tracking and reconciliation

Support the creation and review of assignment documentation and compliance controls

Maintain transferee data in Workday and ensure correct tagging and updates

Help manage operational reporting and internal knowledge tools
 

Who You Are

A recent graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years of experience)

Background in HR, Finance, International Business, or similar

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, curious to learn and grow in a global setting

Comfortable working with numbers and data

Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus – but not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn and collaborate.
