Those in cross border mobility at PwC will focus on implementing and administering policies for international assignments, facilitating accurate payment of allowances and compliance with tax regulations, as well as coordinating administrative tasks related to expatriates to facilitate compliance with government regulations.

The Opportunity

A career in People Operations, within Business Services, delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace. Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes across 8 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition Enablement, Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement, People Technology, People Operations Delivery and Solutions CoE. 

Responsibilities

Resolving and escalating issues from the business, employees, and/or vendors providing quality feedback through issue resolution; Managing team members in the execution of their operational tasks, including but not limited to, invoice processing, inter-firm billing, performing operational audits, managing ticket queue and mailbox  Handling escalated emails and tickets from employees, recruiters and Talent Consultants within agreed upon SLAs, utilizing resources (team members, knowledge documents, etc) and exhibiting judgment and critical thinking skills Preparing reports and analyses for the Global Mobility program utilizing large and complex data files Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or with stakeholders and internal employees and management, including leveraging relevant technology, such as Workday, Microsoft, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies. Leveraging technology to continuously improve operations and streamline processes Participating and collaborating with the team on special projects, as needed 

What You Must Have

High School Diploma3 or 4 years of relevant experienceOral and written proficiency in EnglishStrong communication skillsPeople management skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel included) and Technology-oriented skillsUnderstand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security Management
