Reporting to Hermes China Enterprise & Backend Application Manager, serve as the primary point of contact for business analysis from user requests related to Hermes China's core business applications, managing all on-going projects progress and supporting daily operational issues, with a focus on Finance, HR, Internal Controls (IC), and Procurement functions manage including Corporate HR System, SAP Concur T&E System, Business Process Management and Corporate Procurement System in Coupa.

Core Responsibilities

Business Requirement Alignment

•Analyze pain points from business departments, provide system optimization proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions.

Cross-Functional Project Management

•Lead collaboration between IT and business teams, managing full project lifecycle (initiation/planning/execution/testing/closure) for various projects in finance, HR, and procurement domains.

BPM System Operations

•Manage daily operations of BPM systems, optimize process configurations, resolve issues, and deliver new requirements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Vendor Coordination & System Enhancement

•Work with vendors to define optimization roadmaps; manage configuration and user support for Coupa procurement platform; ensure daily maintenance and feature iteration for SAP Concur systems.

 

Qualifications

Experience & Background

•Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering; 3-5 years of enterprise application management experience, with 3+ years in project management. HR/finance/procurement system project experience is a plus.

Core Competencies

•Familiarity with BPM platforms, Coupa, T&E expense systems, and basic configuration capabilities.•Strong cross-departmental communication and requirement analysis skills; ability to translate business scenarios into system solutions.•Knowledge of project management methodologies, data analysis, and user training capabilities.
