Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Training department as a Mobile Training Engineer (South West).

To provide high quality training on the company’s expanding Heat Pumps portfolio, systems, other renewables and combustion products to both Worcester Bosch customers and employees. 

Support the business in its expansion of Electrification strategy and deliver the training needed to upskill our customers in the changing market technology transition.

A field-based role working independently with customers and sales team as well as alongside other training team members with the ability to travel to customer locations within your designated area Additionally there will be times when you will be required to support throughout the UK and Ireland based on business need which may require travel and/or overnight stays where required. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Provide training on Combustion products utilising mobile training van, partner centres and Worcester Bosch locations Provide training to customers on Heat Pumps to support the market share increase in renewable technologies Training to customers and internal employees on Gas, Oil and Renewable products at customer locations, partner centres and Worcester Bosch training centres throughout the UK. Responsible for maintaining and developing new relationships with colleges and partner centres in your area. Assist the sales force with product launches, exhibitions and factory tours  Prepare course content and materials Help maintain the development and upkeep of the Mobile Training Van  Develop new and existing courses for the product and legislation  To be involved in train the trainer projects for the new products and services

Qualifications

Education requirements:

Previous experience in a training capacity is preferable but not essential ACS CCN1 & CEN1 qualifications preferable Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning proceduresNVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experienceFull driving licence

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
