What's in it for you

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Mobile FMD Technician to join our Fleet Management Division. If you enjoy variety in your day, take pride in high‑quality maintenance work, and like building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect role for you. 

As part of our mobile team, you’ll travel between customer sites within your area, helping ensure their fleet remains safe, reliable, and performing at its best. You'll work independently but remain supported by a wider, friendly team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and great service.

Desired area Northwest London, Berkshire/Oxfordshire etc.

What you will do

Carrying out preventative maintenance and repair work to high safety and quality standards 

Diagnosing faults and ensuring replacement parts and warranty procedures are followed correctly 

Completing accurate end‑of‑shift handovers, including vehicle status updates 

Attending customer sites to perform repairs and support their fleet needs 

Keeping job cards, service sheets, and timesheets up to date and accurate 

Performing diagnostic analysis when required 

Building trust and positive relationships with customers and colleagues 

Contributing to a proactive, positive workplace culture 

Supporting continuous improvement across the business 

Taking part in training to expand your skills and knowledge 

Ensuring excellent mechanical and electrical repair standards 

Working as part of a team to help achieve operational targets 

Upholding all health, safety, and environmental standards always 

Maintaining great housekeeping and using PPE correctly 


What you will bring

Experience working on vans, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance,

Relevant Motor Vehicle Engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds),

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English,

Full and valid driving Licence,

Availability to travel within your region and work at multiple locations when needed.

What we offer:

Hourly rate of £17–£20 depending on experience,

Call-out allowance and overtime opportunities,

25 days of holiday,
