**Mobile Services Manager – Full Time – St. Paul, MN** _Former Military / Law Enforcement Encouraged To Apply!!_ **Wage:** $50,000-$52,000/YR We are seeking full time employees to join our Mobile Services team! All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other applicable legally protected characteristic. **What Your Day May Look Like:** + Manages a patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operation, including supervision of subordinate officers and any supervisory staff; ensures that personnel deliver high quality service. + Ensures that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action in a timely manner as necessary. + Analyzes operational and financial indicators to improve performance; ensures that operations are carried out to generate profitable revenue growth. + Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems; assists in negotiation of client contracts; provides support during client start-ups; provides support in security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates orders or directives related to assignments. + Oversees, participates in, and coordinates with management the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff; acts to ensure that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect; plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches employees, and carries out disciplinary actions, as necessary. + Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. + Within scope of client contracts and assigned duties, authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles; acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training; ensures adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, etc.; maintains and submits payroll records and other associate and business information. + Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules with management; ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews reports to ensure that commitments have been met and client directions have been followed. **What We Offer:** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options. + Virtual Medical Appointments With Telemedicine. + Paid Time Off, Free Uniforms, Paid Training. & Weekly Pay! + **DailyPay Access Program NOW Available!!!** + Employee Assistance Program. + Discounts On Childcare, Pet Daycare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & So Much More! **Position Requirements:** + 18 years of age or older. + High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. + Must have great attention to detail. + All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. + Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. + Must be proficient in technology (computer, phones, patrol devices and email communication). + Valid Drivers License and a clear driving record required for Safe Driving certification. + Must have at least 3 years of prior security related experience.
