Big Valley Ford is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Mobile Service Technician to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll bring dealership-quality service directly to our customers — performing maintenance and light repairs at their homes, workplaces, or job sites.

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service van Perform scheduled maintenance and light repairs (oil changes, brakes, battery replacement, diagnostics, etc.) Accurately document services performed and communicate with the service team Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly stocked and organized Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership procedures

Mobile Service Technician Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 to $30.00 depending on experience
