Responsibilities: + Travel to customer location to perform light maintenance repairs, e.g., changing engine oil and filters. + Operate a large van and maintain a clean workspace. + Work independently with minimal supervision. + Diagnose, perform, and record work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards as well as applicable safety requirements. ​ Qualifications: + Strong attention to detail + Sense of urgency + Attention to detail + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Can perform repairs in the following areas with no supervision: Lube and Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension/Steering Repair, Brake Repair, Heating and A/C Repair + Experience as a C Level Service Technician preferred -- experience with Ford a huge plus! + Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. + Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
