Mobile Service Manager

Job Description Responsible for the development of mobile network solutions, net strategy and delivery of actionable insights to address business requirements or resolve service quality issues and support both key biz and mobile service related BAU and ad-hoc activities. The position serves as the the voice of business to the network team for mobile and vice versa.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. SPOC of Network Team towards Roaming & International Business

Lead in development of network plans and enhance implementation of mobile strategies to establish an efficient network to address business needs

Ensure business requirements are captured and scoped in the annual plans

Regular updates to business on different key initiatives and service performance.

2. Update and Influence the mobile service data and voice guidelines to Planning and Engineering

Support MSM service units (Data, Voice) in the review and fine tuning of service guidelines through assessment of network element or area level KQI performance, KQI threshold analysis and correlation study

Collaborate with different NTG domains to ensure that plans meet business needs and service level design.

Ensure that technical teams clearly understand the business objectives and constraints.

3. Co-lead in Network Technical Group (NTG) initiatives such as the Make Every Cell Count (MECC) program

4. Co-lead together with biz counterparts and various NTG teams across different divisions/departments (i.e. NAI, NOA etc) in the monitoring, RCA and resolution for improvement of the NPS results or service impacting network incidents or problems.

5. Mobile Service Insights

Lead in delivery of ad-hoc mobile service/network related studies as endorsed by biz domains or as key ask from MAPE section/s

Support MAPE taskforce through actionable insights (data analytics)  on focus concerns such as 5G, VoLTE

Deliver quarterly refresh of area (town) level competitive insights/profiling to support biz and NTG BAU strategy

Support CMB in marketing BAUs via network claims assessment

Regular reports on Service Performance or presentations updating business stakeholders on the progress of ongoing projects/initiatives (i.e. MECC, VOC-NPS)

Consolidate business requirements which will aid engineering in the planning stages.

Updated service guidelines that reflect new business requirements and changes in mobile services targets.
