Job Description Our client is expanding their mobile engineering capabilities to meet growing client demand for high-performance, scalable, and secure mobile applications. This role is critical to leading the architecture and development of native mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with cloud services and leverage AI-assisted development tools. - Lead the architecture and development of native mobile applications for iOS or Android using Swift, Kotlin, or Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features. - Design and implement CLEAN architecture and apply SOLID principles to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases. - Build reusable SDKs and components for use across multiple projects. Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs. - Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase). - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences. - Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and AI-assisted development tools. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years of experience in native mobile development (iOS or Android). - Strong proficiency in Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android). - Proven track record of delivering apps to the App Store or Google Play. - Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (CLEAN, SOLID). - Experience with GraphQL (queries, mutations, subscriptions, schema design). - Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS (AppSync, S3) and Firebase. - Strong grasp of mobile UX/UI principles and accessibility standards. - Proficiency with Git and collaborative development tools. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter. - Exposure to AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). - Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Amazon Q, Cursor). - Effective prompt engineering and secure data handling practices. - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello).
