What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavatorsTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operationInspect equipment for wear and damage, and document findings accuratelyOperate equipment to verify repairs and support plant operations as neededCollaborate with plant personnel to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime

Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipmentFamiliarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsCommitment to safety and adherence to maintenance protocolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
