What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavatorsDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and implement effective solutionsMaintain accurate service records and communicate equipment status to supervisorsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activitiesSupport plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing reliability

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy mobile equipmentStrong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsCommitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
